Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of ListDelta (listdelta.io) and any lists, downloads, or portal access we provide.
Effective August 15, 2026
1. Who we are
ListDelta is a product of AndrewGeoffrey LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“AndrewGeoffrey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). When these Terms say ListDelta, they mean the ListDelta website, buyer portal, emails, and the processed license lists we deliver.
2. The service
ListDelta is software as a service. We sell access to processed contractor-license deltas — newly licensed and expiring records — as CSVs and portal downloads for B2B sellers (software companies, insurers, distributors, and similar teams). We also offer one-time list purchases and monthly subscriptions for weekly updates.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the portal and the lists we deliver for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. We do not sell the underlying government databases. We sell access to our software and to extracts we compile and format from public board records.
3. Data sources
We compile lists from official public sources, including Florida DBPR / CILB public contractor license records, Texas TDLR public contractor license records, and other official state boards we may add later. The data originates with those agencies. Typical board fields include name, address, license number, dates, status, trade, and county.
We transform public records and open government data into usable lists. Inventing phone numbers or emails is not the core product.
4. No warranty on board data
We do not warrant that board data is complete, accurate, or current. Agencies can be wrong, late, or incomplete. You use the lists at your own risk. We are not liable for sales you miss, outreach you send, compliance failures, or any other decision you make based on the lists.
5. Not a consumer report
ListDelta is not a consumer reporting agency. Our lists are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You must not use them to determine creditworthiness, employment, insurance underwriting, tenancy, or any other FCRA-permissible purpose. They are not “reportable” in that sense.
Use is for B2B sales and marketing only. You are responsible for complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state do-not-call rules, and any other outreach or privacy laws that apply to how you contact people.
6. Acceptable use
You may upload lists into your own CRM and use them for internal sales and operations. You may not scrape our site or portal, and you may not resell, republish, or redistribute our extracts as a competing data product without our written permission.
You also agree not to misrepresent board verification, claim that AndrewGeoffrey or ListDelta is a government agency, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Accounts, payment, and cancellation
Paid offerings include one-time lists and monthly subscriptions for weekly updates. Prices and what is included are shown at checkout. Billing is handled by Stripe.
You may cancel a monthly subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not undo the current billing period unless required by law. We do not refund delivered one-time CSVs except as required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AndrewGeoffrey LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were told those damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations; if Idaho law requires a different result for a particular claim, that law controls for that claim only.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where the law does not allow that disclaimer.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Idaho have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to stop unauthorized use or redistribution of our extracts.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. If you continue to use the service after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
