What is ListDelta?

A spreadsheet of Florida and Texas contractors from the official boards, at the two moments they buy: a new shop opening, or a license coming up for renewal.

What is in a free sample?

New accounts get a Hillsborough HVAC preview (150 rows) with name, address, license number, and dates. Sign up at /signup.

What is the difference between pay once and weekly?

Pay once is this week’s snapshot. Download it as many times as you want — it does not update. Weekly is billed monthly; we refresh the list every week and email it.

What does Hillsborough cost?

All five Hillsborough trades: $297 once, or $399/month for weekly updates. Statewide Florida or Texas is $791 once or $991/month.

Which lists do you sell?

Florida — statewide or by county, five trades. Texas — statewide HVAC and electrical, plus a dedicated Harris County Electrical list. We do not sell city lists.

Is this the government database?

No. The records originate with Florida DBPR / CILB and Texas TDLR. We compile and format public extracts. We do not sell the underlying government databases.

How do I reset a password or unlock an account?

Use Forgot password. The link lasts one hour. After five failed sign-ins in 15 minutes the account locks for 8 hours; that reset unlocks it.

Can I cancel a weekly list?

Yes. Sign in → Billing (or the weekly card on My lists). Snapshots you paid for once stay. Other weeklies are unchanged.
